Cottage Cheese And Dill Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar or possibly lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp sugar salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
- 1 x clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp dry dill weed
Directions
- Blend together all ingredients. Let sit for 1 day in the refrigerator before serving. If you wish to make this into a low-fat/low salt dressing, use a low-fat mayonnaise, a low-fat cottage cheese and omit the salt.
