Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar or possibly lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp sugar salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • 1 x clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp dry dill weed

Directions

  1. Blend together all ingredients. Let sit for 1 day in the refrigerator before serving. If you wish to make this into a low-fat/low salt dressing, use a low-fat mayonnaise, a low-fat cottage cheese and omit the salt.
