Corn On The Cob With Taco Butter
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (from 1 1/4 ounce. pkg)
- 6 x Ears corn, husks removed, cleaned and dry
Directions
- Grill directions: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine melted butter, cilantro and taco seasoning mix; mix well. Brush each ear of corn with butter mix.
- When ready to grill, place corn on gas grill over medium heat or possibly on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 15 to 18 min or possibly till tender, turning and brushing frequently with butter mix. 6 servings.
- Note: To broil, place food on broiler pan and broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times provided as guide.
