Corn Fritters
This is a good recipe to use when serving children and mixes a bit of breakfast and a dish to accompany other main dishes. I serve it with pancake syrup. Makes a great breakfast food because it brings in a vegetable and fruit. Kids like! Ingredients
- 1-Pancake recipe (either ready made or from scratch.)
- 1-Can Corn (drained well)
- 1-Cup Raisins
Directions
- Drain Can of Corn well
- measure 1 cup of raisins
- Mix and drop by tablespoon into heated oil (350 degrees)
- Serve with bacon, or ham or sausage. Maple syrup is our favorite dip for these yummy fritters.
