Cool and Creamy Cilantro Dip
This is a great dip that I made to go along with fish tacos. But after we tried it we decided we will be making it again as just a dip for tortilla chips and veggies. And we are going to figure out how to use it on a pizza ! Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsps sour cream
- 1 cup tomatillo salsa (salsa verde)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
- juice of one lime plus a little zest
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor, and blend till smooth and creamy.
- Chill and eat.
