Cold Crab Dip
The BEST crab dip I've ever had! Ingredients
- 6 ounces fresh crab meat (or canned lump crab), 1 TBS lemon juice, 1 TBS horseradish, 1 TBS mayonnaise (not miracle whip), 2 TBS finely diced green onion, 8 oz cream cheese
- cocktail sauce - ketchup & horseradish (to taste)
Directions
- combine all ingredients
- top with cocktail sauce
- refrigerate for 2 hours
- serve with crackers and enjoy!
