Coffee Biscuits
Nice coffee biscuits ideal for breakfast or as snack for a break. Ingredients
- 170gr flour
- 55gr soft butter (or margarine)
- 65gr icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 teaspoons espresso
Directions
- Mix the egg with the butter, the icing sugar and the coffee.
- Add the flour and mix until the dough is creamy.
- Put the mixture into a pastry bag with a star nozzle and shape the biscuits as you prefer (or you can drop the dough onto the baking sheet covered with baking paper with a spoon).
- Bake in the preheated oven to 340-355°F for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Let cool on a rack.
