Coconut Cake
Soft coconut cake. Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 200g sugar
- 180g all purpose flour
- 50g mlted butter
- 150g coconut yogurt
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 1 tbs baking powder
Directions
- Beat the eggs with sugar, add gradually all purpose flour, yogurt and butter.
- Add the desiccated coconut and the baking powder and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a buttered and floured cake pan and bake in the preheated oven at 365°F for 40 minutes about (do the toothpick test).
- Remove the cake from the cake pan and let cool on a rack. Serve.
