Coconut Cake

Soft coconut cake.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 180g all purpose flour
  • 50g mlted butter
  • 150g coconut yogurt
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbs baking powder

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar, add gradually all purpose flour, yogurt and butter.
  2. Add the desiccated coconut and the baking powder and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a buttered and floured cake pan and bake in the preheated oven at 365°F for 40 minutes about (do the toothpick test).
  4. Remove the cake from the cake pan and let cool on a rack. Serve.
