Coco's Firecracker Chicken

- 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVO)
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine
- Dash of Lowry's steak seasoning
- Dash of salt & pepper
- Dash hot sauce (such as Louisiana or Tapatio)
- TINY Dash of Sriracha Chinese hot sauce
- 1/4 Cup of sliced onions
- 1/4 Cup of sliced bell peppers
Directions
- Defrost chicken
- Slice chicken into pieces (about 3" long and 1.5" wide)
- Heat butter and oil in a medium sized skillet on Med. High heat
- Toss in sliced chicken
- Toss in all seasonings
- Toss in onions, peppers, and garlic
- Saute until done - no pink inside, just white
- *If desired, curmbled bacon can be added in with the onions & garlic
