Directions
- Defrost chicken
- Slice chicken into pieces (about 3" long and 1.5" wide)
- Heat butter and oil in a medium sized skillet on Med. High heat
- Toss in sliced chicken
- Toss in all seasonings
- Toss in onions, peppers, and garlic
- Saute until done - no pink inside, just white
- If desired, curmbled bacon can be added in with the onions & garlic
