Clementine cake
Super easy to make, flavorful and divinely moist cake. Ingredients
- 4-5 clementines (about 375 g total weight)
- 6 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g ground almonds
- 1 heaped tsp baking powder
Directions
1.Put the clementines in a pan with some cold water, bring to the boil and cook for 2 hours. Drain and, when cool, cut each clementine in half and remove the pips.5.Pour the cake mixture into the buttered and lined 26 cm springform tin and bake for an hour or until baked (when a skewer will come out clean).Useful Links
