Clams with Ginger Soup

- 1/2 kilo clams
- 2 thumb size of ginger (crushed)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- canola oil
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Saute garlic then add ginger, and onion. Stir fry.
- Add clams and water then cover. Let it simmer for 8-10mins.
- Serve hot in a bowl.
