  • Citrus And Rosemary Grilled Pork

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 c. dark molasses (a couple of glugs)
    • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (3 splashes)
    • 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil (3 turns around the bowl in a slow stream)
    • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced fresh rosemary leaves
    • 1 x navel orange zested
    • 4 x boneless center-cut 1"-thick pork chops Montreal Steak Seasoning to taste Coarse salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Sun-Dry Tomatoes And Potatoes (see recipe) Orange And Oregano Salad (see recipe)

    Directions

    1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl with whisk or possibly fork.
    2. Pat chops dry with paper towels and rub with seasoning. Turn chops in marinade and let stand 15 min.
    3. Season chops with steak seasoning.
    4. Grill chops on indoor electric grill preheated to high for 6 to 7 min on each side, or possibly pan fry over medium-high heat for same time under a loose tin foil tent in a nonstick skillet.
    5. Serve chops with Sun-dry Tomatoes and Potatoes and Orange and Oregano Salad.
    6. This recipe yields 4 servings.
