  • Chocolate Whipped Cream Pie

    Ingredients

    • 1 x Vanilla Wafer Crumb Crust (see recipe)
    • 1 1/2 ounce sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
    • 2 c. skim lowfat milk
    • 1 1/2 c. frzn whipped topping

    Directions

    1. Prepare Vanilla Wafer Crumb Crust, pack into a 9-inch pie shell, and refrigeratein refrigerator at least 2 hrs before making filling.
    2. Prepare pudding according to package directions using the 2 c. skim lowfat milk. Allow it to cold for one-half hour.
    3. Spoon pudding carefully into chilled pie shell and refrigeratetill pudding is hard. Spread whipped topping gently across top of pie with a small spatula. Scatter the reserved crumb mix on top as a garnish.
    4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
    5. Serving size: 1/6 pie.
    6. This recipe is suitable unless sodium is severely restricted.
