Chocolate - Pistachio Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow or possibly white cake mix
- 3/4 c. chocolate syrup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 pkg. Jello pistachio pudding
Directions
- Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, orange juice and large eggs in large mixing bowl. Blend together and beat with mix master at medium speed for 2 min. Pour 3/4 of mix into bundt pan. Pour chocolate syrup into remaining 1/4 mix in bowl and blend. Pour remainder into bundt pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 min or possibly till done. You can sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if you desire.
