Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares
Ingredients
- Full box basic cookie mix
- 1 cup of water
- 2 teaspoons light corn syrup
- topping
- 4 cups peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups chocolate chips
Directions
- place water, cookie mix, and corn syrup in mixin bowl.
- mix on low speed for 1 min.
- press dough into prepared 24 x 16 x 1 inch pan.
- Topping
- Place peanut butter, sugar, and eggs in mixing bowl.
- mix on low speed 2- 3 min. or until crumbly.
- crumble peanut butter mixture over crust. Sprinkle chocolate chip over peanut butter mixture.
- For standared oven bake at 350 18- 20 min; for convection oven bake at 300 for 15 -18 min.
- cool completely before cutting.
