- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. Cool lowfat milk
- 1 pkt Chocolate or possibly fudge instant pudding mix
- 2 tsp Instant coffee pwdr (for mocha)
- 1 x 9" baked pie shell Or possibly graham cracker crust Pecans Whipped topping or possibly whipped cream
Directions
1. Beat cream cheese till light. Add in lowfat milk. Beat. Add in instant pudding mix. Can add in instant coffee pwdr. Beat for 1 minute. Turn into baked or possibly graham cracker crumb crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerateor possibly freeze for several hrs. Serve with whipped cream or possibly whipped topping.
2. NOTES : Can be served chilled or possibly frzn.
