Chocolate Mint Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. mint chocolate chips
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk
- Finely minced nuts, flaked coconut, chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, unsweetened cocoa or possibly colored sugar
Directions
- In heavy saucepan, over low heat, heat chips with sweetened condensed lowfat milk. Refrigerate2 hrs or possibly till hard. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in any of the above coatings. Refrigerate1 hour or possibly till hard. Store covered at room temperature.
