Chocolate Eclairs
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) container Cold Whip
- 2 boxes French vanilla instant pudding or possibly vanilla (mix as directed on pkg.)
- Graham crackers
- Chocolate frosting (can make your own, I use Betty Crocker lowfat milk chocolate frosting in a can)
Directions
- Mix pudding mix and Cold Whip together to make the filling. Line 9"x13" pan with graham crackers, spread on a layer of the pudding/Cold Whip mix. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and then filling. Top with third layer of graham crackers. Frost with chocolate frosting. (I frost the graham crackers and place them on the filling, then smooth all together, easier!)
