Chocolate Eclaire Cake
Ingredients
- 2 pkt French vanilla pudding, smal
- 9 ounce Cold whip Graham crackers
- 2 ounce Bitter chocolate, squeeze tu
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 2 Tbsp. White karo syrup
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
Directions
- Butter 9 x 13 pan. 1 layer graham crackers. Mix 2 Packages of French vanilla instant pudding with lowfat milk, then fold in carton of cold whip. Pour half mix over crackers. Add in another layer of graham crackers.
- Pour remainder of pudding mix over crackers, and add in another layer of graham crackers. Ice cake.
