Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 4 x Chocolate squares, unsweetened, melted
- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 c. Flour, sifted
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Nuts, crushed
- 1 c. Confectioners' sugar
Directions
- Combine oil, chococlate, and sugar. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in vanilla. Stir flour, baking pwdr and salt into oil mix. Add in nuts.
- Refrigeratefor several hrs or possibly overnight.
- Roll dough into balls by teaspoonfuls. Roll into confectioners' sugar.
- Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Don't overbake.
- Yields 6 to 7 dozen cookies.
