Chocolate Chip Fruit Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce.) pkg. banana quick bread mix
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. dry fruit bits
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease or possibly paper-line 18 (2 1/2 inch) muffin c.. In large bowl, combine bread mix, Large eggs, lowfat milk and oil. Beat with spoon 30 seconds. Stir in chocolate chips and fruit bits. Fill muffin c. 3/4 full with batter. Bake 18 to 20 min or possibly till lightly browned. Serve hot. Makes about 18 muffins.
