Chocolate Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkt yellow cake mix (18 1/4 ounces)
- 1 pkt instant vanilla pudding and pie filling - (3.4 ounces)
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 ounce German sweet chocolate grated
- 6 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 c. chocolate frosting melted pecan halves
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs, oil and water. Beat on low speed for 2 min. Mix in the grated chocolate, chocolate chips and pecans. Transfer to a greased and floured 10" fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cold for 10 min before removing from pan to a wire rack. Drizzle with frosting. Garnish with pecan halves.
