  • Chocolate Bundt Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt yellow cake mix (18 1/4 ounces)
    • 1 pkt instant vanilla pudding and pie filling - (3.4 ounces)
    • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
    • 3 x Large eggs
    • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    • 1/2 c. water
    • 4 ounce German sweet chocolate grated
    • 6 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2 c. minced pecans
    • 1/2 c. chocolate frosting melted pecan halves

    Directions

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs, oil and water. Beat on low speed for 2 min. Mix in the grated chocolate, chocolate chips and pecans. Transfer to a greased and floured 10" fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cold for 10 min before removing from pan to a wire rack. Drizzle with frosting. Garnish with pecan halves.
