Death By Chocolate Bundt Cake
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 pkt Chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkt Chocolate instant pudding
- 12 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips Confectioner's sugar
- Beat Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, water,and oil together in a large bowl till thoroughly mixed. Add in cake mix and pudding mix. Beat till smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into Bundt or possibly tube pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- When cold, sift powdered sugar on top of cake. Variation: Replace 1/4 c. water with Grand Marnier. Replace 1/4 c. water with Kahlua.
