    Chocolate Almond Pie

    Low Carb Pie that can be made with any nut butter.

    Ingredients

    • crust-
    • 1 1/2cups almond flour
    • 2TBS cocoa powder
    • 2 TBS sweetner (splenda, xylitol ect)
    • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
    • 1/4tsp baking soda
    • pinch of salt
    • filling-
    • 1/2 cup almond butter
    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • 1 cup plus 3TBS powdered sweetner divided
    • 2 TBS coconut oil
    • 1 cup whipping cream

    Directions

    1. preheat oven to 300F
    2. combine crust inngrediants
    3. press intjo bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie dish
    4. bake 12-15 mins or until golden brown
    5. let cool
    6. filling-
    7. mix cream cheese & 3 TBS sweetner and coconut oil
    8. in a separate bowl whip cream & 3TBS sweetner until light and fluffly.
    9. Fold in the reaming whipped coconut cream and pour into the pie shell.
    10. Refrigerated for 1-2 hours or until set.
