Chinese Style Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon five spice pwdr
Directions
- Cut off and throw away wing tips; separate wings at joints to make 24 pcs. For marinade, combine soy sauce, sherry, oil, honey, onion pwdr and five spice pwdr.
- Place chicken in shallow dish; pour marinade over. Cover, marinade in refrigerator several hrs or possibly overnight. Drain. Reserve marinade.
- Place chicken in 350 degree oven. Bake 15 to 20 min. Brush well with marinade on all sides. Bake about 12 min more.
