Chinese Sesame Noodles
Ingredients
- 12 ounce Vermicelli
- 1 bn Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 1/3 c. Tahini
- 3 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic In Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt Freshly Grnd Pepper
Directions
- In large pot of boiling salted water, cook the noodles according to package directions till tender but still hard. Drain, reserving 1/3 c. of the cooking water. Add in the hot cooking water to the tahini and stir till smooth. Add in the green onions, teriyaki sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Blend well, then pour over the noodles and toss gently till the noodles are well coated with the sauce. Serve immediately or possibly chill and serve cool.
