Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Vermicelli
  • 1 bn Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/3 c. Tahini
  • 3 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic In Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Freshly Grnd Pepper

Directions

  1. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook the noodles according to package directions till tender but still hard. Drain, reserving 1/3 c. of the cooking water. Add in the hot cooking water to the tahini and stir till smooth. Add in the green onions, teriyaki sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Blend well, then pour over the noodles and toss gently till the noodles are well coated with the sauce. Serve immediately or possibly chill and serve cool.
