Chinese Broccoli With Imperial Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Chinese broccoli or possibly broccoli minced, trimmed, and cut bite-sized florets (or possibly bok choy, minced)
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sugar
Directions
- Steam broccoli or possibly bok choy till crisp-tender, about 3 min; transfer to large serving bowl.
- Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oil and sugar in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over broccoli, toss till well-coated and serve.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Comments: This makes a great side dish for any meal.
