Chinese Beef With Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Peanut oil
- 2 tsp Water
- 12 ounce Round steak, trimmed of fat, cut diagonally into
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
- 2 c. Broccoli, minced Carrots, sliced
- 1 c. Beef stock
- 1 c. Snow peas
- 1/2 c. Water chestnuts, liquid removed Sliced
- 1/2 c. Bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch include the rice, wh
Directions
- Place oil and water in large skillet or possibly wok and heat over med-high heat.
- Add in meat and onion and brown lightly. Add in remaining ingredients except soy sauce and cornstarch. Cover and cook till vegetables are just tender. Mix the soy sauce and cornstarch together to make a paste. Stir into the other ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, till thickened. Serve with brown rice.
