Chinese BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tbsp maltose (honey as substitute)
• 1 1/2 tbsp honey
• 1 1/2 hoisin sauce
• 1 1/2 soy sauce
• 1 tsp chinese rose wine, rice or sherry, (rose wine is best)
• 3 dashes white pepper
• 1/2 tsp chinese five spice
• 1/2 tsp sesame oil
