Chilli Potato
Vegetarian dish Ingredients
- 1 kg potato
- 3 to 5 tbsp of chilli flakes
- half a cup of oil
- 2 whole garlics peeled and sliced finely
- juice of one lime
Directions
- Boil the potatoes with the skin, peel them and cut them imto bite size pieces.
- In a kadai pour the oil. Heat the oil, put in the garlic. When it is brown, add the chilli flakes fry for a second and put in the potatoes. Toss it around for 2 mins and then put in the lime juice and remove from the gas. Garnish with chopped coriander and wedges of lime and serve.
