Chilie Egg Puff
Ingredients
- 10 x Large eggs
- 1 pt Small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese -- Shredded
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Butter -- or possibly margarine
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 can Diced green chilies
Directions
- In large bowl beat Large eggs till light. Add in all other ingredients (except chilies) blending smoothly. Stir in chilies and pour into well buttered 9 x 14 baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. or possibly till borwn and center is hard. (Source: Kulekane Cooks, Maui)
