Ingredients

  • 10 x Large eggs
  • 1 pt Small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese -- Shredded
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Butter -- or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 can Diced green chilies

Directions

  1. In large bowl beat Large eggs till light. Add in all other ingredients (except chilies) blending smoothly. Stir in chilies and pour into well buttered 9 x 14 baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. or possibly till borwn and center is hard. (Source: Kulekane Cooks, Maui)
