    WHEN OUR KIDS WERE SMALL IN THE 1980'S WE HAD A WORK DAY AT THE LAKE CABIN. ON THE WAY HOME THE RECIPE CAME TO ME, IT'S FAST AND IT'S EASY.

    Ingredients

    • 1- 26 OZ. ROASTED GARLIC AND ONION SAUCE
    • 1- 28 OZ. WHOLE TOMATOES SLICED
    • 1- 19 OZ. CHILI NO BEANS
    • 1- 13 OZ. MUSHROOM SLICED
    • 2 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING 1/2 ONION LARGE SLICES
    • 1 TABLE SPOON BUTTER
    • 1 LARGE PACKAGE OF SPAGHETTI
    • 1/2 CUP CHEDDER CHEESE
    • 1 TABLE SPOON OLIVE OIL
    • SMALL BREAD BUNS
    • CREAM CHEESE
    • 1/2 TSP OF GARLIC
    • 1/2 TSP. GARLIC
    • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

    Directions

    1. IN A SMALL BOWL PUT BUTTER AND ONIONS 20 SECOUNDS IN MICROWAVE.IN LARGE POT ADD GARLIC AND ONION SAUCE, WHOLE TOMATOES, CHILI, MUSHROOM, SEASONONG AND ADD ONIONS . REMEMBER CUT ALL THING THE SAME SIZE FOR EQUAL FLAVOR.BRING TO BOIL AND SEMMER. ANOTHER POT BOIL SPAGHETTI UNTIL LARGE AND TENDER THEN DRAIN AND ADD OLIVE OIL. CUT BREAD BUNS IN HALF THEN MIXT. ONION BUTTER, CREAM CHEESE AND GARLIC TOGETHER AND SPREAD ON BUNS. BRIOL FOR A SHORT TIME. PUT SPAGHETTI ON YOUR PLATE ADD SAUCE AND CHEDDER CHEESE ON TOP IT WILL MILT IN. WITH BREAD SLICES ON THE SIDE. THIS IS SO GOOD. THIS WAS FAST WHEN YOU FIND THE TOMATOES SAUCE.TOMATOES,CHILI AND MUSHROOM ON THE SAME ISLE IN A COUNTRY STORE AND THE KIDS ARE HUNGRY.
