    Spaghetti with Meatballs

    A mouthwatering dish.. Consisting of boiled spaghetti, topped with a beef gravy and Meatballs.. Great for dinner, lunch or any day of the week.. You will have raving fans over the dinner table..

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb spaghetti noodles
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon cooking oil
    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    • 1 large onion
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric
    • 1 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds
    • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    • Oil for frying meatballs
    • 1 cup of water

    Directions

    1. Method:
    2. Notes: You will need a food processor To mince everything real small.
    3. First Boil your Spaghetti according to package, add 1 tsp of salt, and oil, let it boil strain and put to aside.
    4. In a food processor put in your beef, onion and garlic,
    5. mix, on high speed for about 1 min so everything is mixed and mince.
    6. Put the meat in a bowl, and half into two places, you will fry half, and cook the other half
    7. Get one of the half , and add salt, chili pepper, the egg, and the all purpose flour. Mix using your hands for about 1 min.
    8. Heat oil in a frying pan, once the oil is almost hot and ready, make 1 to 2 inch meatballs wetting your hands, and place then in the oil very gently.
    9. ( the mixture will be soft, don't mix when you place them in the oil immediately wait about 30 seconds)
    10. Do the same for all of the mixture once their done, place them on a paper towel to absorb oil.
    11. In a separate pan, heat oil and add the other half of the mixture.
    12. Add salt, pepper, black pepper, and tomatoes, mix cover and cook for 15 min.
    13. Once you see the beef mixture tuning nice and red, pour in you sauce.
    14. Stir and cook for about 10 min.
    15. Now add in the meatballs, stir and pour in the 1 cup of water, Cover and cook until it simmers
    16. on low flame.

    18. Remove from flame, once you have a nice and thick consistency of the beef, and sauce.
