Chili (Slow Cooker)
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1-1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cans (16-oz each) kidney beans, undrained 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans (15-oz each) tomato sauce
Directions
- Brown ground beef. Drain fat.
- Add onion, green pepper, garlic, celery, kidney beans, salt, chili powder, pepper, tomato paste, and tomato sauce
- Stir to combine
- Cover and simmer in slow cooker on medium for 7-10
- hours.
