    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds ground beef
    • 1-1/2 cups chopped onion
    • 1 cup chopped green pepper
    • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    • 1 cup chopped celery
    • 2 cans (16-oz each) kidney beans, undrained 2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 can tomato paste
    • 2 cans (15-oz each) tomato sauce

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef. Drain fat.
    2. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, celery, kidney beans, salt, chili powder, pepper, tomato paste, and tomato sauce
    3. Stir to combine
    4. Cover and simmer in slow cooker on medium for 7-10
    5. hours.
