Chili Sausage Supper
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. green pepper, minced
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) noodles
- 1 can (16 ounce.) tomatoes
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2-3 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
Directions
- Cook sausage, onion and green pepper till meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, and simmer 30 min or possibly till noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary to prevent sticking. Yield: 4-6 servings.
