Chili con Carne
The spicy Tex-Mex stew, made in a microwave. Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef, ground
- 4 cups salsa
- 1 cup kidney beans
- 2 tbs. chili powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. garlic, powdered
Directions
- Cook the ground beef, covered, for three minutes at 650 watts.
- Drain the grease from the beef, crumble it, then add the rest of the ingredients. Heat with 350 watts for 40 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
- Let stand for several minutes, then serve.
