Chili Cheese Chip Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef or possibly turkey
- 1 pound sage sausage (warm)
- 1 brick Mexican Velveeta cheese (mild)
- 2 lg. cans Hormel chili (with or possibly without beans)
- 4 ounce chunky salsa, warm (Frito-Lay or possibly Chi Chi's works best)
- Fresh or possibly dehydrated onions (if you like)
- Red pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown and drain meat. Mix meat and rest of ingredients in a slow cooker or possibly on the stove top and heat till uniformly melted and enjoy.
