Chicken With Peppers In Peking Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 ounce Boneless skinless chicken breast meat cut in strips
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Gin
- 1 Tbsp. Hoi Lein sauce
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 ounce Water
- 1 med Green pepper cut in strips
- 1/2 lrg Onion cut in strips
- 6 ounce Water
Directions
- Marinate chicken in mix of soy sauce and gin for 30 min. Combine Hoi Lien sauce, cornstarch, and 1 oz water; reserve. In wok, bring 6 ounces water to boil and add in chicken, pepper, and onion. Cover and cook for 3 min. Add in reserved Hoi Lein sauce. Cook and stir till sauce is thickened and all ingredients are well glazed with the sauce.
