Chicken With Lemon & Garlic
Ingredients
- 2 chickens, skinned & cut up
- 10 to 12 fresh lemons, squeezed
- 6 cloves garlic, diced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley
- Oregano
- 1 c. water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay chickens in roasting pan. Add in salt, pepper and sprinkle on oregano and parsley. Sprinkle on garlic. Pour in lemon juice and water. Cook for about an hour. Serve with baked potato and choice of vegetable.
