Chicken With Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, skinned and boned
- 6 ounce artichoke hearts, not marinated
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 pound longhorn cheese, shredded
Directions
- Put together all ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Cover last 20 min. Serve with brown rice.
