Great Spicy Chicken Vindaloo Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless Chicken breast
- Kabot's Miracle Seasoning
- 16 oz tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon each of paprika, turmeric, cayenne, black pepper, cumin, salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chilli oil (with the crushed chillies)
Directions
- Dice Chicken
- Season With Miracle Seasoning on both sides
- Brown/Cook Chicken until cooked thoroughly in fry pan
- Add remainder of ingredients
- simmer 10 minutes
