Chicken, Veggies, & Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 pkg. whole grain egg noodles
- 1 can chicken broth
- several cups water
Directions
- bring water and broth to a boil
- add uncooked chicken chunks
- allow chicken to fully cook
- add noodles
- allow noodles to cook
- add veggies shortly before noodles are cooked all the way
- keep heated and serve
- add seasoning to preferences
