Chicken Tikka Pittas With Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Tikka curry paste
- 3 Tbsp. Natural lowfat yoghurt
- 1 sm Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 3 Tbsp. Natural lowfat yoghurt
- 1 ounce Cucumber, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh mint, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced Seasoning
- 2 sm Pitta bread Salad leaves and sliced tomato
Directions
- In a small non-metallic bowl, mix together the curry paste and lowfat yoghurt, stir through the chicken and leave to marinate for at least 30 min. Cover a baking tray with foil and cook the chicken.
- Combine the tzatziki ingredients in a bowl, and serve with the chicken in pitta bread.
