Chicken Teriyaki
Quick and easy stir-fry. Ingredients
- 1 Tbs Cooking Oil
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, diced
- 2 cups Frozen Broccoli
- 2 cups Brown Rice
- 2/3 cups Low Sodium Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/3 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 7 minutes. Cook rice according to package directions. Add broccoli, teriyaki and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and stir in broccoli. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and leave covered for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
