Chicken Pineapple Stir Fry
Cook this in 10 minutes and everyone will love the flavors! Ingredients
- 2 cups cook Chicken strips
- 1/4 scant cup low sodium soy sauce
- 0ne tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- one garlic clove minced
- 1-1/2 cups stir fry veggies (carrots, snap beans ,broccoli)
- 1-1/2 cups cooked rice, optional to serve (your choice)
- one 5.5 ounce can pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Directions
- Add sesame oil into a wok or deep skillet on medium high heat, add chicken strips and saute 3 minutes, add all other ingredients, stirring as you add them, cook and stir 7 minutes
- Serve over rice
- Enjoy!
