Chicken 'N' Broccoli Crepes
Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk or possibly more
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Make a thin batter (if not thin sufficient, add in more lowfat milk.) Pour by 1/4 c. into warm, greased fry pan. Fry on both sides in skillet. Turn once. (Can be made ahead of time. Place waxed paper between crepes. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill or possibly freeze till ready to use.)
